Your challenge
- Work with the Group CIO and other ICT leaders to develop overall ICT strategy in the context of the business strategy
- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the application organization, including staffing, budgeting and implementing the defined goals
- Lead a team of currently 7 people
- Drive international expansion and be ready to scale the organization
- Support in various planning activities related to the digitalization
Your qualifications
- An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business management or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in leadership, application architecture and project management
- Familiar with SAP or any similar comprehensive business application
- High level of personal integrity paired with ability to lead, enable and motivate teams
- Ability to uphold the goals and culture of the organization with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in German and English
