• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment is essential.• Passion for culinary and the ability to work as part of a team, portray good leadership and communication skills.

• Knowledge of wok cooking techniques and Pan-Asian cuisine, as well as food hygiene and health safety practice should be of an excellent standard.• English and basic German language is also required.• Valid work visa for Switzerland or EU passport is required.• Availability to work full-time and be flexible.• Be able to handle a high pressure and fast pace kitchen environment.
