Your challenge
- Support, maintain and manage the global SAP HCM / Success Factors setup
- Execute functional tests and efficient troubleshooting for the interfaces between SAP and Success Factors
- Contribute in conceptual system and process design
- Close teamwork with the business units and group functions
- Monitor the global business processes / workflows and organizational structure
- Coordinate external partners in the area of Payroll and Success Factors
- Document the global business processes (process catalogue)
Your qualifications
- Certified computer scientist FH / HF or equivalent education
- Expert know how about opportunities and practical operations within SAP HCM
- Broad general IT knowledge and interest in new technologies
- Good SAP HCM knowledge (PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS / MSS)
- Good knowledge of Project Management
- Fluent in German and English
- Conceptual thinker – strategic as well as pragmatic
- Willing to take responsibility
