31 Global IT/SAP Project Management Officer (m/f) - Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?

Develop, implement and continuously improve the IT governance framework covering the request, selection and prioritization of projects, IT orders, change and support requests
The framework has to cover standard processes, monitoring, responsibilities, tools, policies, guidelines, KPI's and templates
Review project status/progress on a time, quality and cost basis
Furthermore, rate the project status based on standard KPI's/milestones and provide reports (dashboards, scorecards) to provide project forecasts as early warnings
Enable team efficiency and effectiveness by facilitating knowledge transfers between project teams
You will create project plans, reviews, templates, and documentation widely available to concerned members, saving time and costs
Support the project team in choosing the right project methodology and tools (e.g. Scrum, Agile, Kanban or Waterfall) fitting the project type
Perform structured reviews and assessments of the Project Management capabilities
eeds and gather up to date information about employee skills, interests, experience
Manage and engage with the global IT network including regular communication about latest IT news, developments, projects and policies
Clear definition of project management and communication development goals as well as continuous review of the achievements

Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2, CPM, CSM or similar)
Experience in different project methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Agile, Kanban and Waterfall)
+3 years' experience in an IT PMO role
Superior analytical, evaluative and process modelling abilities
Experienced managing large, complex and cross-functional projects
Experienced in Communication, Change Management and Transformation
Knowledge about a Ticket System like ServiceNow is a plus
Experience of working in a global environment
Excellent communication, networking, mediation, and technical translation skills
