Your challenge

Team Lead of six SAP Application Managers in the area of SAP PP/QM, MM, LE, EWM, SCM and MES
Manage the specification and implementation of change requests with involved stakeholders in business and IT (Change Lead)
Act as subproject or project lead for IT related projects, especially in the area of Logistics, such as SAP WM replacement by SAP S/4 HANA Stock Room Management or SAP EWM
Contribute hands on as Application Manager (3rd level) in SAP Logistics, i.e. ERP MM / LE and/or EWM
Ensure consistent and effective processes are in place and coordinate team activities, providing smooth day to day operation of the service
Enable team to gain knowledge by monitoring new IT trends and developments as well as manage know-how increase in relevant IT areas or for specific change requests
Integration management, i.e. moderation of cross functional and solid solution finding
Build and maintain required integrative, high level knowledge required (business and IT wise)
Challenge change requests in terms of feasibility, application stability and business benefit
Provide guidance to team members on the technical and administrative processes involved, ensuring conformance at all times
Ensure service provided meets requirements of Service Level Agreements (SLA), including agreed parameters around quality, cost, availability/reliability
Escalation management within IT, with business and external partners
Aim on usage of standard functionality, i.e. avoid own programming and adaptation of the standard software, by motivating team members to research on available standard functionalities or available add-ons wherever possible

Your qualifications

Education degree in IT, business administration or similar (FH/University)
3 years or more experience in Logistics and Warehouse application area / SAP LE and EWM application management
ABAP knowledge, especially object oriented focusing on EWM preferred
Knowledge SAP WM ideally combined with knowledge in related modules such as SD and MM preferred
Broad knowledge in the area of supply chain management and intercompany logistics preferred
Willingness to travel up to 30% especially during rollout projects
Fluent in English and German, French language skills preferred
