Analyze and define solutions within the Incident, Change-, Project-Process
Understand business issues, needs, and challenges
Suggest areas of improvement
Lead projects and initiatives in the HCM area
Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution
Develop functional specifications and system design specifications
Recommend technical solutions
Cooperate with internal and external partners and stakeholders
Training of users and key-users in the HCM area
Take responsibility in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support
Contribute to driving the company into Digitalization
Drive for process harmonization and prepare for a future S4 transformation project
Support and maintenance of HCM-related tools within the IT landscape

Profound understanding of the Recruit-to-Retire stream and related applications such as SuccessFactors, Concur, and LMS systems
Bachelor in applied computer science, Information Technology, or similar
More than five years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors/Concur
Professional experience in projects and rollouts
Excellent language skills in English, C-Level German is a plus

Work in teams and projects in a task- and goal-oriented manner, to develop professionally
