Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of SAP specialists in the areas of SAP Manufacturing, AVC and LO-VC
Ensure the successful implementation and continuous optimization of SAP Manufacturing modules in both Public Cloud and on-premise environments
Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiency enhancements
Conduct comprehensive training sessions and workshops for team members and end-users
Collaborate with various departments to integrate SAP solutions into business processes
Develop, implement, and maintain best practices and standards within the SAP domain
Support the SAP CoE Leader in strategic planning and execution of SAP projects
Assist in SAP budget planning and resource management
Support in recruitment and SAP team management

Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
In-depth knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules, AVC and LO-VC
Several years of experience in leading SAP teams, preferably within the manufacturing sector
Proven experience in SAP project management and change management
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Fluent in both German and English
