Design processes within the enterprise architecture across team boundaries and modules
Design, customize, configure and testing of SAP EWM/WM & SAP TM related topics
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions
Take over project or sub-project leadership roles
Manage project timelines as well as budget and resources
Drive for standardization and standard solutions, prevention of local developments
Adapt, learn and improve the environment of the enterprise
Take or prepare decisions within your field of expertise
Document functional designs, test cases and results
Working within an agile framework with user stories, acceptance criteria and sprints / releases
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules

Degree in computer science, business information systems or business administration
At least 7 years professional experience as a SAP consultant in SAP WM/EWM
Professional experience as a SAP consultant for SAP TM is an advantage
Organized and goal-oriented working style, resilient, proactive and solution-oriented
Strong communication skills, assertive and team spirited
Ability to present complex subjects in a simple manner
Ability to translate business requirements into technical aspects
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional & international teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Understanding of business processes and how the application supports the business process
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving technologies
Fluent business English is a requirement
