Your Responsibilities

Support compliance with Swiss gastronomy and food safety regulationsAct as the certified responsible person for the operationSupport hygiene, quality, and operational standardsAssist with onboarding and training of employeesCoordinate with management regarding compliance-related topicsSupport communication with authorities when requiredMaintain oversight of gastronomy-related compliance matters

Your Profile

Recognized Swiss Wirtepatent / Fähigkeitsausweis (required)Experience in gastronomy or hospitality environmentsReliable, organized, and pragmatic working styleGood understanding of hygiene and compliance standardsFluent German and good English communication skills requiredAdditional languages are an advantageExperience in fast-casual or takeaway concepts is a plus
