Position Overview:

Hotel Silberhorn & Spa, a renowned hotel located in the heart of the beautiful Swiss Alps in Wengen, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Room Attendant (m/f/d) to join our team for the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:

Thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms, suites, public areas, and hotel chalets in accordance with hygiene and quality standardsAssisting with the setup and decoration of rooms and public spaces, taking into account seasonal themes and special guest requestsPromptly reporting maintenance issues or irregularities to the technical team or housekeeping supervisorRestocking guest supplies, linens, towels, and amenities as requiredEnsuring compliance with hygiene protocols and supporting routine room checks and quality controlsSafe and appropriate handling of cleaning agents, materials, and equipmentAssisting with stock control and replenishment of housekeeping supplies when neededClose cooperation with front office and maintenance teams to ensure smooth and seamless guest service

Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services, ideally in a hotel or hospitality settingGood knowledge of cleaning techniques and hygiene standardsAbility to work independently and efficiently, with a strong attention to detailPhysical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsReliable, punctual, and well-organized with a sense of responsibilityBasic communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantageFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidaysFriendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues
