SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure professional and efficient workOrganise and manage the Sushi departmentPrepare and check dishesHandle food products carefully and with attention to costsEnsure compliance with and control of HACCP standardsMaintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and organisationReceive, check and store food deliveriesCheck the quality of food productsCheck delivery notesManage internal and external orders through the TcPos systemBe responsible for the monthly inventoryDevelop and create new dishesSupport the Executive Chef, when required, with staff planning and monitoring working hours through the Mirus systemOrganise and lead daily team meetings
